This is a pretty funny story I think. I was driving home from a long weekend retreat I referred to in one of my earlier songs, feeling very peaceful. I had finally come to a decision on an issue I had been painfully discerning for over two years.  I was simply revelling in the moment and began to naturally write a song about how I was feeling. I got so carried away, that an hour later I came out of my song writing trance and realized I had no idea where I was. I had to pull off to the side of the road and read my map to discover that I had taken a wrong turn somewhere along the way, and managed to go several miles in the wrong direction. It took me over an hour longer to get back home, but I had a good laugh about it. The best part was how good it felt to laugh at myself. I had always taken myself so seriously and it was never okay to make a mistake.
