This song was written as I was jogging. The depression was finally beginning to lift several months after the intensive weeklong workshop that had left me in such deep grief.  During that time in my life, I used jogging as an antidepressent. On this particular morning, the sky was a bright blue and the air was crisp. I still remember the tears streaming down my face while I was running and writing this song.  It was so incredible to be able to feel all of my senses coming back to life.
